We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for devices that have been activated, installed, or show signs of use.
A return may be accepted in situations such as:
The wrong item or cable was ordered and has not been used
The device is not functioning properly upon delivery
All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Please contact us at 800-846-4652 ext. 1 before sending anything back.
Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the hardware only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
