We process our orders once per day.
We collect our orders Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 16:00 EST. Orders received after will be processed the next working day.
Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday(if it is a holiday it will be the next business day).
Orders received on Friday as next-day(overnight) delivery, it will be delivered on Monday! If you want to be delivered over the weekend we can arrange that but it is very expensive! Please call us and we can check if it is possible and how much it costs.
Once the order is placed you have to send the amount stated in your order via Zelle using the details provided during checkout or from the email received confirming your order. We will not send any orders if we do not see the payment coming to our way.
