We send our orders using USPS shipping provider. An alternative shipping provider can be used as well. Please contact us on 8008464652 ext 1.
We will do our best to dispatch the order on the same day if it is placed before 16:00 EST. But we cannot guarantee for USPS it will be delivered as it should.
Usually, it takes:
Overnight: 1-2 days
Standard: 3-4 days
USPS overnight has 100$ insurance in case of loss. If you want additional insurance for your package please speak to us before placing an order and we can arrange that.
If there is an issue with your order and it is not delivered as expected please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to raise a package research case. Please do not forget to follow up on daily basis to get it sorted.
